Temporary Recruitment or Labour Hire, is the provision of outsourced skilled and unskilled workers hired for short- or long-term positions. The workers are generally known as contractors, temps, on-hired employees or even just employees, and are “employed” by Ngare to provide services to our client’s organisation.
Ngare will maintain a pool of suitably qualified candidates to be able to meet the changing needs of our clients. For this service the client is charged a single rate, generally per hour, for the labour hire candidate.
